01. Discover
We begin with a structured needs analysis — combining stakeholder interviews, skills assessments and a review of your existing learning materials. We identify the gap between where your teams are today and where the business needs them to be.

02. Design
Our instructional designers and subject matter experts build a programme blueprint: learning objectives, modular structure, delivery format (classroom, virtual, blended), assessment design and materials. You review and approve before a single training day begins.

03. Deliver
Our certified trainers deliver the programme — in your preferred language, on your premises or virtually, on a schedule that minimises operational disruption. We collect feedback at every stage and iterate if needed. Post-programme, we provide a completion report and certification management.

A 12-week blended programme for 180 IT professionals across three subsidiaries, combining ITIL® 4 Foundation with organisation-specific process workshops. Delivered in French with custom case studies from the telecoms sector.

A tiered PM Academy from Yellow Belt (PM awareness) through to PRINCE2® Practitioner, designed around the firm’s capital project lifecycle. All materials adapted with firm-specific templates and terminology.

COBIT® 2019 Foundation combined with a bespoke Digital Strategy module for senior civil servants. Delivered in French over two residential weeks, culminating in a ministry-wide governance roadmap workshop.
